  1. Dock

    Return kits ship to the person leaving. Laptops and switches come back here and are scanned in on arrival.

  2. Grade

    Same bench, same checklist: every unit inspected, tested, photographed and graded.

  3. Wipe

    Sanitized to NIST 800-88 on a separate lane, then reimaged or reset. A certificate for every unit.

  4. Racks

    Held by model, spec and customer, and visible in your customer portal.

  5. Outbound

    A request comes in, the right unit leaves the rack, packed and tracked to its next person.
